Why is my custom payment page not showing on a Tablet or Mobile Device?


I have recently customised my payment page to look like my website, and allow customers to experience the seamless shopping experience.
When viewing and going through the shopping process on my phone or tablet I cannot see the payment cards and custom page is messed up.

Possible Reason

The issue could be due to styles specific to tablets and smaller devices may not have been applied or missing, and this could result in your payment page not displaying correctly on smaller devices. 

Solution

You would need to add and apply styles for smaller devices. Alternatively, please raise a Support Ticket
