How do I request money?
Login to your NOCHEX account and click 'Request Money', type in the email address of the person you want to request money from and the amount you want (plus an optional message) and hit 'Send Request'.
Can I send a request to someone who isn't registered with NOCHEX?
Yes. They will receive an email inviting them to register so that they can pay you the money.
Note: If your NOCHEX account is Xtra enabled then they do not even have to sign up, they can pay you up to £100 there and then!
Being Xtra enabled means that all your requests will take non NOCHEX users to a secure page where they can enter their debit card details in order to process a payment to you.
