How do I make a refund?

To make a refund just login to your Nochex account, go to your transaction history and click on the payment you wish to refund. The option to refund the payment will be shown at the bottom of the page.

The value to refund defaults to the full transaction value, if you have a Merchant Account you may elect to change the value of the refund. If you have a Seller or Personal account you can only refund the full transaction value.
