We can confirm that as a financial institution our transaction charges and the majority of our ancillary account charges are exempt from VAT and as such they do not include any amount of VAT.
If we supply a service that is subject to VAT and we charge for it, a VAT receipt / invoice will be available on request.
If you need a VAT receipt for your purchase of Goods / Services from one of our merchants, please contact the merchant directly. You will find their email address on the payment confirmation email sent to you by Nochex.
