Once a payment has been authorised it cannot be cancelled as Nochex processes all transactions instantly.
If you require a refund for a purchase you have made or you have accidentally made a double payment please contact the merchant in the first instance (the email address is available on the payment confirmation email you received) and then let us know if you are still unable to resolve the issue.
