Delivery Address is missing?
You have recently integrated Nochex onto your website, and have been testing to make sure everything has been working correctly.
Whilst testing the delivery address details are missing or not shown.
Check the delivery details feature in your Nochex account is disabled (option not ticked).
To enable delivery details follow the below instructions;
- Firstly Login to your Nochex Account, and go to Payment Page Setup.
- Click the box next to Request Delivery Details.
- Save all changes, and then go through the checkout process again and delivery address details will now show on your payment page.
