No orders shown in my shopping cart


You have attached our latest module for your shopping cart, and every file has been installed in the correct places, followed all the steps in your guide.
After making a payment in the shopping cart admin section there are errors being produced on my orders, or no orders have shown or created
but customers have contacted me in relation to this asking where my items are. 

Possible Reason

There may be an issue with your APC which could be stopping orders from being updated / sending shopping cart emails.
Or there could be an underlying issue with the module which has caused orders to stop updating.

Solution

Enable the debugging option in your shopping cart, and check your error logs to see if there is any errors relating to the Nochex module.

Raise a support ticket detailing the problems you have experienced, error logs / messages, and any print screens (If applicable)
