Why do I receive a KYC03 error message when trying to withdraw?


The message KYC03 is shown to users once they reach a certain level of transactions. At this point we have to (by law) carry out certain ID checks. A lot of the ID checks we do are done automatically but sometimes manual checks have to be carried out. In such instances the message KYC03 is displayed and once you get in touch with us we carry out the necessary checks as quickly as possible so that you can then continue using your NOCHEX account.
