Nochex module broken and doesn't work!

Nochex integrations are checked on a regular basis to ensure they are functional, but there is always a possibility new updates are released by the ecommerce platform, new updates to your website or other changes could have an impact on the functionality of our integration. 

Resulting issues and not limited to; Accepting Payments, Orders Being updated, Order Emails not being sent.

We would recommend removing the Nochex integration and go through the installation process again, and guidance from your web developer or technical expert to ensure the integration is installed correctly or if they need to adapt the module for your business requirements.

If you still experience problems or would like our technical assistance, please provide as much details such as; description of the issue, error logs relating to your Nochex integration, print screens, etc; where possible to help investigate the problem and provide the best solution to you.
