Why doesn't the latest module from your Support website work?


You have recently installed the Nochex module from our support website, but I don't see Nochex on my checkout / my website has stopped working. 

Possible Reason

Whilst integrating Nochex into your website, you may have missed a file or missed a step in your integration guide which could have resulted the module to not work correctly. 

Solution

Check you have followed all of the steps in your integration guide, and module files have been put in the correct places.

If you still experience problems after following the above solution, check your error logs to see if there is any errors produced from the Nochex module.
