Redirected to a Send Money Page, no place to enter card details?

You have recently set up a new Nochex integration on your website or you have added a new product or service to your website catalog, whilst going through your checkout - payment process, you are sent to a send money page where you need to enter an amount and email address instead of your Nochex payment page.

Possible Reason

You may have missed a step during your integration, or recently changed the email address on your Nochex account.
Invalid amount (an amount less than 50p)

Solution

The minimum requirement for you to receive payments on your payment page, is a valid merchant id / email address, and a minimum amount of 50p or greater.

We advise to check you have the correct merchant ID / email address and an amount is present in your integration.
