Why is my Payment Link not working?


You have recently set up a new shopping cart / payment form page / button or link.
Whilst testing your integration you are redirected to the send money page instead of your Nochex payment page.

Possible Reason

In your shopping cart settings / payment form / button or link, you may have entered the incorrect merchant ID or there is no amount included.
Having either the wrong merchant ID or no amount would redirect you to the send money page.

Solution

Check you have the correct merchant ID, in case you have recently changed your email address recently, and an amount is present in your payment form / link / button.
