Missing Details on the Payment Page


A customer has entered all their details on your website and made it to the Nochex payment page. 

After entering all the payment information, and pressing make payment they see an error message "Incorrect Details" but cannot change the information that is wrong.

Reason why this has occurred is due to Hide Billing Details being enabled on your shopping cart / payment page, which hides the customers billing details from being shown on the payment page.

The solution would be to disable the feature temporarily to make sure all billing details fields are visible.
