If you are not receiving payment notifications for transactions you have received into your Nochex account please carry out the following procedure:
- Log in to your account transaction history. Click on the envelope symbol next to the payment for which you have received no notification email. Resend the notification email by clicking on the button which appears within the pop up window.
- If you do not receive this email please check your spam filter settings to ensure that the mail is not being redirected. Add the email address 'email@example.com' to your white list of allowed email addresses.
- If you are still failing to receive payment notifications please submit a support ticket (or contact your account manager if you are a Merchant account holder) stating when this problem arose and whether any notifications since that date have been received.
