What should I do if i suspect a transaction to be fraudulent?

If you receive a transaction that you are in any way suspicious about, i.e. you suspect the person who sent it used a stolen card, then please refund the payment immediately and then get in touch with us and we will look into the matter.

Note: Do not withdraw the money to your bank account.
