Why is Nochex not showing or working in my Shopping Cart?

You have installed the latest shopping cart and Nochex is already integrated but when going through the checkout process my website has stopped working or Nochex isn't displayed as a payment option, some fields are not pre-filled which is causing issue with some customers.

Possible Reason

The Nochex module that is integrated into your Shopping Cart could have not changed to use the latest features that Nochex has to offer or work with the latest version of your shopping cart.

Solution

We have a list of shopping carts that we integrate with, and possibly an updated module to work with your shopping cart. Update your module with the latest files and instructions, which should resolve the issues.
